They do not take care of you. The new management in our apartment complex are so inconsistent. They honestly do not care about their tenants.

Olen Living has been a difficult experience. Despite warnings, we chose them because of the property's location and layout, which suited our needs while we build a house. The leasing staff is friendly and welcoming as are the maintenance team. However, Olen has several issues. Their rental screening company, Approve Shield, took over a week, nearly leaving us without a place to move from the East Coast. We also had a problem with Best Egg (Olen's rent payment partner).
