This company manages Artisan Apartments. The water is turned off for the entire complex monthly for multiple hours( regularly 6+) with zero notice to tenants. It takes two seconds to send an email, why are we not being communicated with? The priority needs to be communicating with tenants the SECOND the water is turned off. It’s literally not hard. If you need help figuring out how to send an email I’d be happy to help. This is ridiculous.
If I could go back in time and never sign a lease here I would. This company is a clown show. The people working on-site in the office either are not able to help you or give you incorrect information. Multiple times I have gotten information that directly conflicts with what someone else has told me. And coincidentally it always ends up with me owing them more money than they originally told me. They do not take care of you. The new management in our apartment complex are so inconsistent. They honestly do not care about their tenants.

OlenLiving and One North Scottsdale The Good: Nice Apartments Good Location They have garages The Bad: The staff onsite are terribly rude, hostile and treat the tenants like cattle. Maintenance entered my apartment for water heater "inspection" and reduced the temperature without notifying me. I had to call them 20 times to raise the water temperature, so I could take a shower.
