OlenLiving and One North Scottsdale The Good: Nice Apartments Good Location They have garages The Bad: The staff onsite are terribly rude, hostile and treat the tenants like cattle. Maintenance entered my apartment for water heater "inspection" and reduced the temperature without notifying me. I had to call them 20 times to raise the water temperature, so I could take a shower. Olen Living has been a difficult experience. Despite warnings, we chose them because of the property's location and layout, which suited our needs while we build a house. The leasing staff is friendly and welcoming as are the maintenance team. However, Olen has several issues. Their rental screening company, Approve Shield, took over a week, nearly leaving us without a place to move from the East Coast. We also had a problem with Best Egg (Olen's rent payment partner).
