I am giving this one star review not because of the condition of the apartments, they were exceptionally clean. I am giving the one star rating to the management at the Artisan. They are unprofessional, uneducated and if they know something is wrong do not speak up for some fear of losing their job over someone losing there home and that is all wrong.
