Google searched their preferred lender. Contacted prefer lender and was highly qualified. Emailed rep requesting HOA bi-laws and regulations. No response. I went to the office to introduce myself and request the documents so that I could review before writing my offer. The young lady working in place of Steve stated (while chewing gum) that the regulations and such have not been adopted.
