I was told to come in today and they will be able to use my blood work to clear me for surgery I got my A1C down from 10.4% to 8.1 the nurse practitioner Tracy had originally approved my surgery back in December when my A1C was 7.9. so .2 notches not a drastic change in my A1C and now she is not approving my surgery she's denying my surgery sounds like negligence and discrimination to me. I’ve been Thao’s patient for about 7 years and I appreciate that she’s always helpful, on top of things like medication refills, easy to talk to and willing to work with me. I’m a mutant and get side effects even at low doses of medications and if I tell her she helps tailor a better approach. I see many different doctors for different illnesses and this has got to be the WORST so unorganized I have a biopsy next week and I still haven't received my paperwork for the labs and instructions ... Can't wait to make a switch
