I’ve been Thao’s patient for about 7 years and I appreciate that she’s always helpful, on top of things like medication refills, easy to talk to and willing to work with me. I’m a mutant and get side effects even at low doses of medications and if I tell her she helps tailor a better approach. I see many different doctors for different illnesses and this has got to be the WORST so unorganized I have a biopsy next week and I still haven't received my paperwork for the labs and instructions ... Can't wait to make a switch
Staff has big time attitude, this poor doctor needs to know what's going on with his receptionist I called 6/7/2024 at 11:14 AM and spoke to the rudest person I have ever met. I no longer was interested in making an appointment here after that truly unprofessional experience.

This place I wouldn't recommend. As a former patient, to be called in March that they couldn't refill my prescription because they no longer take my insurance since of December of last year, is unacceptable. They were trying to my blood work done in January. And what's really weird is I have PPO health coverage. I can't convene to you, my sincere disappointment for this practice.
