A good cooking lasting Lil pits
I visited the main office yesterday and Roger and the rest of the staff was very knowledgeable and greeted me right from the start as a friend not just a customer! I was able to look at pits I WANT to own and some that I will own hopefully sooner rather than later... Ole Hickory has a great sauce and I found out about their rubs as well... I WILL be in the Ole Hickory ownership family before long! Keep up the great customer service and I look forward to working with you guys on my new pit soon..

After months of doing research and talking to a lot of folks, I decided to go with an Ole Hickory CTO. It arrived at my home Friday, April 6, 2018. I had never smoked a piece of meat in my life, but after watching a few of Malcolm Reed's "How To Bar B Q Right" videos I gave it my first shot Saturday. All I can say at this point is THANK YOU to the folks at Ole Hickory Pits as well as Malcolm Reed! My very first ribs, chicken, and butts turned out amazing!
