I have wanted a Ole Hickory Pit for several years now and finally pulled the trigger a few weeks ago. I talked with Luke and he was a good help. I decided on the CTO for now. I was told it would be around a 4-5 week finish time but decided to pay for it all at once. To my surprise about 10 days later I got a call saying it was ready to ship the next day. Best unit I’ve ever owned. I purchased a CTO a couple of years ago and love using it professionally and for family events.
Bought the large wing basket, two day turn around. Great product!
The most versatile cooker I’ve ever used!! And yes after cooking on stick burners for 30+ years the results, OH service, the results, and ease far out weigh any stick burner ever used.
I’ve had my Ole Hickory Pit now for a few months and I have bought 2 ELEDX’s. I love them a lot. Well worth it and wish I bought them a long time ago. I plan on buying 2 more smokers this year. Very happy with the product and the few issues I have had with them they have fixed and repaired very quickly. Thanks Ole Hickory and Smokin Deal BBQ.
