good job Every now and then, a really nice thing happens and the day at hand just gets better and better. recently I pulled into the Goodyear store with a flat tire barely holding up and that really nice thing happened to me. I was immediately waited on- my car was immediately taken back- I was dreading a wait and the price of a new tire, yet 15 mins later I was called and told "Mr. Nash you are ready to go".
