Absolutely the BEST experience. I had a minisplit installed in my small house. It is cooling so well. It is quiet. Absolutely recommend Ole Brook Heating and Cooling. They are the best!

CALL SOMEONE ELSE! No showed me then showed at wrong time as I was leaving. Too many people answering the phones and no organization. When the owner first started they were good but can’t handle the business 5 years later 🤦‍♂️ the dispatcher is the main problem! (She’s a relative !)

Guys did a great job with installation of a mini split in my shop. Prompt, fair quote, with work done timely and professionally. Unit was a little more than mail order but has an 8 year warranty and backed by a competent company. Well worth the peace of mind. They are going to service our home A/C units too now after I saw the quality of their work.

I had them out to repair something yesterday and then my ac won't turn off. I call them back less than 12 hours later and the dispatcher wants to try to tell me that it says it was working yesterday. Yes it was blowing but they did not turn it off so how would they know it wouldn't turn off? She tried to tell me that the boss came. Like as if that means a mistake couldn't have been made. It's like she was trying to tell me that they shouldn't come back out or something like it wasn't their fault. I paid a lot of money for th... read more
