I had them out to repair something yesterday and then my ac won't turn off. I call them back less than 12 hours later and the dispatcher wants to try to tell me that it says it was working yesterday. Yes it was blowing but they did not turn it off so how would they know it wouldn't turn off? She tried to tell me that the boss came. Like as if that means a mistake couldn't have been made.
