Had Ole Brook come look at my AC and was told that I had a loose wire. They left and I went 4 days with it still not cooling. Had Ole Brook come back and they once again said nothing was wrong with it. Well, I went into the attic, which they never went to look and the drain pan was full of water and the door on the air handler was just hanging off.
