I would strongly not recommend any of their properties. They will do whatever they can to keep your deposit. We moved out and completed their list of tasks, including hiring cleaners, wiping off the blinds, disinfecting the fridge. But they still kept our deposit saying that we had to cover the two weeks after our move-out date (that they gave us in writing) until the clients moved in. It's not worth the legal fees to sue over this amount, but just know: they are unkind to their tenants and are clearly in need of money.
The worst real estate company out there. Just save yourself the headache and use someone else!
DANGER!!! Do NOT RENT from this company, and by all means DO NOT give them any money for a deposit! You will not get it back! These people are extremely unprofessional & do NOT do what they say they will do. The house on Gilbert was horrid underneathe & around yard! Had appearance of being rat infested & looked like people were living under it. How would you like it if the OWNER told you "YOU LOSE!!!" when talking about your deposit not being refunded. They are rude as hell, unprofessional, and will do whatever they can to take your money. No wonder they are not accredited with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because they will not stand behind a POS company. I guarantee that this company will go out of business soon before long. I mean... Terrible and very unprofessional!!!! Definitely do NOT recommend. They will keep your deposit in anyway they can. My experience was very similar to Sandy's review. Have fun with your failing business. Better business bureau next
Very Unprofessional! Would not rent again! – I would live in a cardboard box to avoid renting from this company. Ole Bay Managment, Inc lacks any measureable degree of professionalism and their organizational skills are horrid. The manager took half of my deposit to clean up stuff left from HIS contractors and said I should have know they were suppose to remove it. Dont rent at 110 S. Broad! – DONT RENT AT 110 S BROAD ST! Yes its old and one of the most beautiful apts but, after spending a week cleaning it after being told it would be cleaned before we moved in, roaches, homeless in your back yard smoking crack, I even had a homeless man in the building while coming in late and I ran into my apt as he yelled running down the back stairs...leaky windows, $400 power bills (in 2 br apt and rarely used power), having to weather seal all cracks because it was 'my fault' my bills were so hig... read more
I would rent from them again. The people working there are always nice and helpful. They respond to repairs fast and the repair man is very nice. My only complaint is that they do not take credit cards for rent.
