OUR HOME BUILDING EXPERIENCE WITH OLDPORT HOMES WAS NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE! We terminated Oldport Homes (Jon S) for breach of contract in month 22 of a 6 month contract. We started to see red flags in month 7 of our build. The house sat wide open with no windows for months exposed to the elements and multiple times it poured rain onto the newly installed subfloors. The leave their trash everywhere and refuse to clean. Our neighborhood is a mess because of them. If you value your neighbors DON’T use this company.
