Can not say enough good things about Dr. Schuster!! I feel so grateful to have her as our pediatrician. She genuinely listens to all of my concerns and observations, formed a great care plan, and was so responsive to all my questions. I also feel very confident in their suggestions and timelines for things such as starting solids. The advice some of my friends have gotten from other pediatrician offices seems very alarming and incorrect. Love our experience here !!!
If you are looking for a quick responsive care team for your kids, this would not be the place to go. My son was sick on a Friday, I called and could not get ahold of anyone. It was prompted that if I talked to the doctor on call and they didn't deem it an "emergency" then they would add a service fee to my account. I tried doing that anyways and waited over an hour with no answer. The doctors here are great but the admin staff and the ones who do billing are horrible. We scheduled a well visit for our son based on the availability that staff provided us. We then get a bill for a “special services” charge because we were scheduled on a Saturday with no knowledge that we would be charged this fee. This is not the first time we have had issues with their billing as they have double billed our insurance multiple times and have tried to bill us even when insurance paid the bill in full.
