Checkin was online and easy. Thorough questions for teen wellness. Appreciate that they ask hard questions esp to the teen who may not tell parent or parent doesn’t know to ask. Appreciate the education and what to expect (saves me worrying or thinking the treatment was not working…but since said not to judge it for 2 months- then gives reassurance to wait it out)
We couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician or staff for our kids! From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with kindness. The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and scheduling a breeze. The nurses go above and beyond to make our kids feel comfortable and cared for, even during shots or when they’re not feeling their best. Can not say enough good things about Dr. Schuster!! I feel so grateful to have her as our pediatrician. She genuinely listens to all of my concerns and observations, formed a great care plan, and was so responsive to all my questions. I also feel very confident in their suggestions and timelines for things such as starting solids. The advice some of my friends have gotten from other pediatrician offices seems very alarming and incorrect. Love our experience here !!!
