These guys did great work rehabilitating my old outdated grass sprinkler system to a pressure regulated drip system for drought tolerant plants. I now have a virtually maintenance free yard, front and back, with beautiful water wise plants. I will hire these guys again in a heart beat. THANK YOU!

Our house is the low spot on the block, so we wanted effective drainage to avoid future issues. We needed someone who had expertise on a French drain system. We contacted Older Home Specialist and were glad we talked to Brent. He was able to get us on the schedule before the rainy season started. Our yard is mostly rocks and roots, but his crew stayed with it and got it done. We’re very pleased with the results and hope it performs as expected!

I am a senior & had trouble with my sprinkler valves, very frustrating. These men came out next day, spent time explaining what the valves did, how I could learn to use them successfully without making me feel old and out of touch!! I've never had such a great time learning a new skill. Absolutely the best, like the old days when a job well down was its own reward. Highly recommend. Diane

I highly recommend Older Homes Specialists. Brent, the owner is honest, kind, thoughtful and has a high level of expertise in all areas of his business. He and his crew replaced an old sprinkler valve that others were reluctant to do or were charging high prices. Brent went above and beyond all expectations and I appreciate his help! You will be well served to hire Older Homes Specialists!

Brent is amazing!! We had moved into a 30+ year home and were having issues with the timer box for our sprinklers. We called a handyman a few months ago and he couldn’t fix it, but Brent did. Thank you Brent, I highly recommend this company and Brent!!
