Brent(Owner) was a true Blessing. I had my sprinkler system go haywire on a Sunday; and having an older home I had to shut off my main water supply. Brent was kind enough to come out on a Sunday afternoon and was quick to recognize and fix the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and all around pleasant person. I was so happy I did not have to go without water. I highly recommend this Business for your Plumbing needs. Thank You Brent!
I am very happy I Found Older home specialists. Having just bought an older home it was a great fit Brent was able to fix my sprinkler system ( huge leak) and he was able to put in a drip system along my fence. His price was reasonable and everything was done well with quality parts that will last and I won’t have to do this again in a few years. He left the yard looking better than it was before. I will definitely call him when I’m ready to tackle the back yard. All this in over 100* heat too!
Older Homes Specialists is a pleasure to work with! I had another contractor out that did some shoddy work on my sprinkler system. Brent (owner) showed up on time, assessed the situation, and methodically fixed the issue. Also provided me with some ideas on some drainage issues. Hard to find contractors of his caliber these days. Will use him for all my outdoor plumbing/irrigation projects and highly recommend him!
We needed to make sure our existing sprinkler system was working optimally, and Brent was thorough and honest about the work that was needed. Another company quoted hundreds of dollars to install new sprinkler heads, but Brent simply adjusted the heads as needed and replaced the two that were broken for much less cost. Highly recommended!
I can recommend this company without any reservation. I had a valve that burst due to unregulated pressure coming into my water system. Brent fixed the valve without delay. However, he didn’t just stop there. He also wanted to help me with the pressure issue. He gave me a quote for the job and I agreed. When he came out and dug into the issue, he found a fix that was going to save me $500.
