They replaced my back up sump pump, left it unconnected to the pre-existing underground drainage system (that a different company had already dug), and blamed me for when the pump failed and my basement flooded. They might be good with their hands, but they’re not too good with their brains. They have no empathy, and do not stand behind their work.
