If I had the opportunity to work with another provider, I would do it in a heartbeat. The overall process from getting a quote, to getting the fireplace installed, to having the tile work completed has been MISERABLE. The staff, from the President to the secretary, are extremely unorganized and don't particularly seem to know what's going on.
