I simply love OTAR! In my 40+ years of owning an auto they're by far the most honest, courteous and prompt repair shop I have ever dealt with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
Cant say enough about the crew at this shop. I was running late for an appointment and Robert Smith, the service manager handed me the keys to his truck to go down the street. Theres a lot to be said for the personnal aspect of auto repair and maintenance. These guys nailed it! The techs were professional and honest and made me feel like they were looking out for my best interest. Way to go John!
