We needed a plumber for our client to handle a few repairs. We called Olde Time Plumbing since we wanted someone local and trusted. I had our receptionist called and request service, not only was she treated poorly but the person who answered was extremely rude and said they don’t want to work with us due to lack of timely payments in the past.
