Do not buy a condo here. Everything will start breaking & they will keep raising association dues. just a few months ago our entire basement flooded with sewage, bugs, dirt and they didn’t get anyone out to our condo till 11PM at night & the guy who came tracked level 3 biohazards all over our condo (and the neighbors condos too). they’ve come multiple times yet somehow our basement is still flooding.
