Would not stay here ever again. They charge you for a carpet whether it’s been changed or not. The decal parking system is non existent, the hot tub was never fixed since we moved in. Fees for everything including garbage pick up that isn’t always picked up. Deposit taken though no real proof as to why. We got pictures of stains under the carpet and there is one room we never even went in. It’s a scam if you ask me. The list can go on plenty but I’ll leave it at that. I’ve never had a great experience like I have here at the Oakley! Great customer service, and incredible neighbors at this complex! The manager “Haley” has her thumb on the pulse of what happens at this complex!

Everyone is fast and efficient. It’s probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in an apartment complex so far. I am very happy I chose to live at the Oakley

We have enjoyed working with the office and maintenance department. There is no problem too small or too large. They work efficiently to answer questions and resolve any issues. We are so grateful for each of them. Mr. Kevin, head of the maintenance department, is friendly, qualified, and happy to help in any way.
