Ate here during Oktoberfest. Ordered the burger & a small pizza. They were very busy but server got our order & food fairly quickly. Craft beer was very good and surprisingly low priced at $4 for a 12oz glass. Everything was good & much cheaper than overpriced fare at the booths.
My favorite place. Am here every Monday night without fail
I had not been here in years because I'm not a fan of the dimly lit atmosphere or the food. Decided to give it another try, bad mistake. Slow service, bad food and inattentive waiters who constantly ignored us. My water never got refilled, every time we needed anything we had to flag someone down (they never checked on us voluntarily). In fact we were getting up to leave when the busboy offered to take our order for the waiter. Very disappointed. Will NEVER go back!
I ordered my wings well done which took about 22 minutes to get and had ordered the big bird sandwich plain and I told the server just bread and chicken and it took 38 minutes to get but when she brought it to me it had cheese. I can't eat cheese due to allergies. She said they could fix me another but I only get one hour for lunch so I sure couldn't wait another 38 minutes. She never apologized nothing. So I left there hungry and very mad.
The food is incredible, the staff is even better, and our server, Meg, was extremely welcoming and on top of everything. Will definitely be back!
I eat at the Tsproom on a regular basis. First off the food is great and consistent. The prices are very reasonable and the wait staff is awesome. The atmosphere is the best and its very clean. For me its my favorite place to eat on Hickory!
Cordon Blu pizza was very good, something I've never tried and was very pleased with. Husband had 8 hour smoked hand pulled BBQ pork sandwich which was also very good. The service was prompt and attentive.
