Do a better job training staff. It's not good, when the place is packed for waite staff to be standing around chatting at the front of the restaurant - and for other waite staff to say, "I cannot serve you." Customers were waiting upwards of 20 minutes for the first greeting from a waiter or waitress. The hostess was very good in finding seats and giving menus. After that, the service ended. Left disappointed.
RecommendedThe wings could use a lot of help. We ordered the 12 and only eat 6 because you couldn’t hardly pull the meat off the bones with your teeth. I wouldn’t recommend them. We waited 20 Minutes for our drinks. The rest of the food was okay. The Martin sandwich bottom piece of bread was so wet we couldn’t eat it. The beer was good though.

Absolutely wonderful meal. The bartenders were welcoming, prompt, and courteous. I enjoyed every minute of my visit, from start to finish. I will return for more. If you are looking for a great place to eat, look no more. Excellent food, great staff, and good vibes. ���

Great wait staff and good food
Only stayed 10 minutes. Sat at bar. Bartender was kind of a jerk. No personality and not at all friendly, we decided not to order and left for their other place across the tracks, Olde Hickory Station- much better, and friendly service. Owners please note, the LAST place you want unfriendly service is your bar, as that usually sets the tone for rest of the workplace. Big mistake.
Still Hickory's finest establishment for quality food, outstanding service, and great atmosphere. Has been and remains my "go-to" place for friends and business alike.
