Very good apartment for the price. I love not having anyone above or below us. The leasing office has some really good amenities too. Maintenance is always quick too, especially Josh.
Great location to live overall. Pros: * It's tucked away from the main road but close enough to grocery stores, shopping mall and the freeway. * There's a frequent bus stop right in front of the complex. There are more bus routes a 1/4 mile away, so there's more options. * I like the structure of the townhouse. It has a cute patio. * They accept pets! * Great for a small family of 3 or 2 adults. Raven in the leasing office is amazing! I looked around the East Lansing area for places to live - Olde Farm wasn't even on my list. I walked into the office and right away I was able to tour and put my application in. Beautiful apartments in a great neighborhood. Thank you, Raven!
Living at Olde Farm has been a breeze. Their maintenance staff and office staff have all been so great and wonderful! Shout out to: Josh, Moe, Johnny, Hunter, Casey, Raychelle, Esther, Tammy! :) Gracias for all you do!
Keep coming to show my apartment without any notice and tried to lied about how they already talked to one of the resident while I am the only resident on the lease. If you want privacy or peace I don’t recommend this management.
