I have visited this tea room several times over the years. It's been two years and the service and quality of the food has declined while prices have skyrocketed. First, I was served a pot of luke warm weak tea without the milk I had requested. The tomato pie entree was a terrible mix of tomatoes, garlic and soggy crust. I was given a stale cinnamon muffin which tasted like leftovers from breakfast.The service was slow and none of the staff appeared to care about customer satisfaction. I enjoyed the food. I just felt that they were dishonest when the bill came didn't us the gratuity was already added to the bill. I do not like dishonesty and therefore will never eat there again

First visit today for a late lunch and I couldn't have been happier with the service and my lunch. The staff was friendly, the food was very fresh and obviously prepared same day. My iced tea was freshly brewed and really delicious - not syrupy sweet like some places, just right! I cld go on and on! 5 stars.
