I went here with some girlfriends for bookclub. First off, this whole area is lovely and fun to walk. But this place is so beautiful and cozy and authentic. Our young server was very polite, knowledgable, and accommodating. The quiche (well worth the wait, as it is done from scratch by order each time) was very good, the fruit was fantastic. The tea room is a great place to visit. Put on a lovely hat and gloves and act very lady like. Do not forget to hold up your pinky. My daughters and granddaughter enjoy the atmosphere and the food.
My daughter celebrated her 8th birthday here and they did a great job - friendly/helpful staff, delicious food, and lovely environment. ☕️❤️
We had a lovely time. The atmosphere is quaint and far more interesting than at the local hotels which serve tea. The food was delicious and the price was very reasonable.
I had a wonderful time with my three daughter's Pam, Wendy and Lisa. They planed it all for my 80th birthday. The food was great, the service was A1 and lots of fun picking out hats and scarfs to match our clothing. I would highly recommend The English Tea Room! We were there on March 22 and my actual BD is March 25.
We had a wonderful time! Took my 6-yr old granddaughter who loved the tea AND the "dressing up".
Went for the first time today for my daughter's 4th birthday for a mommy and me lunch tea party. Loved it! I thought the food would not be enough die to previous rebotes but it was more than enough and took some home. We had the high tea and the wee tea.
