Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Oldach. We waited almost an hour just to be assisted, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. The service was extremely slow, and there seemed to be very little concern for the customers who had been waiting for a long time. We understand that businesses can get busy, but waiting nearly an hour for basic assistance is unacceptable. Great teams with good customer service skills but the Kissimmee one the store manager there have some work to do with some of team's.
