Why aren't more people coming here! We need to support the old way of doing meats. And we need more landjager (one of man's greatest gifts) to be happy. And that smell of smoked meat...
The meat is new, it's the world that's old. It's not old meat. It's great meat.
We bought a double smoked ham for Christmas ,it was an unbelievable great ham ! Will do it again.
