The lady who runs it is never in her office and she is incompetent as a property manager she does not answer her phone and is unrepresentative at best don't do business with this person and don't move into a property manager by them. She is a one person business not a real management company that you can reach when you need to. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON

Old West Realty moving at the speed of slow – It is amazing that this company is still in business. It takes them forever to do anything, that is if you can get a hold of them. Do they ever answer the phone? Oh, yes they do, rarely and then they are rude to you. Go to their office and look how sloppy and unorganized they are. You really want these people handling your HOA? Unhelpful, Unresponsive and Unprofessional – I have been unhappy with Old West Realty since day one and specifically, the owner/manager Judy. Talk about a miserable human being. She's rude, argumentative and shows no interest in doing anything for the residents of my complex. She won't return phone calls and if you have a problem that needs to be addressed, forget it - you basically have to call the association president and handle it yourself. This is the Worst Association ever! – My parents have had problems with this HOA since they purchased this condo. Judy is sloppy at record keeping. I can't tell you how many times I have had to dig out receipts to have late fees and intent to liens removed. AND, she never returms calls!

Worst customer service ever. Cold, unfriendly, rude, abrupt, completely unhelpful. – This company managed our HOA from before I moved in, until last month. I have not one good thing to say about them. I honestly don't know how or why they are in business. I could not be happier that they are no longer managing us. The next company couldn't be worse.
