Love Dr. Amy and staff! Always get me in and have helped my dogs in several occurrences that could have ended poorly had I taken them elsewhere.
First let me say that my girlfriend and mother went to Old Troy Pike for years. I even took my mom's pets there for her on multiple occasions. However they have completely lost the business of all three of us for life. I've hesitated making this review because my girlfriend asked me not to but more people need to know. They let my friend's parent's dog, Princess, die because they assumed they couldn't pay up front. If you value your pets life...go elsewhere. This place only values your money.
You let a friends pet die because they were poor. This is going to spread..... bite me.
My dogs get excited to go to the vet. They bounce from the time we pull in the parking lot until we leave.
Dr. Amy is great. Staff is great. Highly Knowledgeable. Professional. Very Reasonably Priced. I COMPLETELY Trust Dr. Amy. Our 12 year old husky had surgery yesterday to remove a tumor from her arm. The surgery was quite involved and took 2+hrs. Our dog stayed overnight and is sleeping in her own bed tonight.
