The staff is always very nice and friendly. They seem to love and care for your pets as if they were their own. They listen to you and they care. I’ve always taken all my fur babies here. Even since I was a little girl, this is where we would take our family pets.
Louis the wonder dog 🐕 loves his girlfriends at Old Troy Pike Vets, he literally vibrates when he sees where were going.
Dr. Amy was always so amazing with my dog, Beans. He had been going there since he was a puppy. When he hit 12 on he had nothing but problems. Amy tried everything to help with his arthritis pain and had to do a surgery to remove a fatty tumor. She also had to squeeze his anal glands several times. I could tell she loved my dog. When we finally decided to put him down when he was 14 she cried when he passed with us. She let me stay in that room hugging him for at least 30 more minutes and never rushed me. By far the worst experience ever. Our appointment was at 3:00. We get there on time fill out papers and wait. And wait. And wait. With all the other people in lobby. After an hour they call another dog that came in after us and after the other 4 people there. We go up and ask why there calling other dogs before us and there response is oh we mixed up the paper work. ( well maybe if your phone was more important then your job you wouldn’t. ) So we wait longer and still nothing so end up leaving. After being told there was not... read more
