I cannot recommend this dental office. Two weeks before my appointment, I completed all of the registration paperwork and provided my dental plan ID card. No one told me there would be any issue with my coverage. My appointment was confirmed, and I took time off work to be there. The problem was only brought up after I was already in the treatment room, ready for my routine cleaning.
