Horrible customer service. I had an issue about the product. I use to love the beef sticks bought almost 100.00 worth and they became dog treats that is how bad they were. I contacted them here in messenger and also on the web site. I got a reply here and was asked to send a message in the web site and still no reply. I do not recommend their product anymore. Used to be a great camping stable they tasted worse that slim jims.
Best Jerky I've had in years. It's got a great smokey flavor and its texture is generally perfect. Much better than Jack Links, and that was my favorite before I had Old Trapper the first time a few months back. I'll eat almost any brand of jerky (except Oberto), but Old Trapper's definitely my favorite.
