Nice leisurely walk to see beautiful Victorian Houses.
It is a beautiful park, filled with the past history of this city in which we live. The Twainfest is colorful and lively and just plain good fun. Yes, parking can be tough, but the last time my husband and I went, we took the bus from La Mesa (7 line) and transferred once to the bus that let us out up in the area of the Old Town Coaster Depot, where we walked through a tunnel to the other side of the tracks and were there, right in the middle of the celebration!

Had a great experience. Nice little shops, food and museums. They had this one tea coffee shop a must stop to refresh yourself. Will definitely be back again when I’m in town.
Why risk your life down in Mexico when you can taste, feel and experience all of the things that really matter right here in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park? Seriously...
