We started at stop #7, got off at River street bumbed around for awhile. Next to impossible to get back on one of the buses. Got on...when we got to stop #1 they made us switch buses. As this was near the end of the day (4:30pm) this was total chaos. There was a continual stream of buses coming into the terminal making all their passengers get off and switch buses and we all had to wait in the middle of a parking lot in the hot sun waiting for a replacement bus.
