I am pretty upset with this company. My husband and I were in Savannah back in January during the crazy snowstorm and our tours that we had booked were canceled. That's fine, when I got back I mailed my tickets and receipts (that has been over three weeks ago) and when I called customer service, I was met with someone who doesn't want to do their job. When I asked what status my refund was in, she could not and would not answer me. We paid over $150 on these tickets and I feel there should be a better tracking system and bet... read more

We jumped off and got back on all day long. Had a blast. Lots of great stories about Savannah. The tour guides were all so nice. We dropped our car off at the parking garage at 9am and got back by 4. Great for a safe way to get around town as a designated driver. 😎🍷

Denise was our tour guide today 2/16/18 on the 2:00 pm run we got on at the visitor center. I want to thank her for being the best tour guide we have had in Savannah the two times we have been here. Easy access, very convenient drop off and pickup locations throughout the historic and entertainment district. Guides are very friendly and customer oriented.
EDIT: The company contacted me and made things right. Excellent customer service. My bf and I are locals and wanted to take advantage of the promotion offering free tours to locals without any gimmicks this past Friday. We found a stand inside of the American Prohibition museum gift shop to get our tickets but were told we had to purchase a museum ticket to get the free locals pass.
