Propane tanks are serious business. I have been a regular customer of Old Town Propane for twenty years and would never consider going anywhere else. There are closer places to my home that I could go but I don't want inexperienced kids maintaining my tanks. Contrary to some other reviews, I have never known the owners to be anything but cordial & professional. If the owner tells me that my tanks need new valves, you bet I am going to listen to him. I hope they are around another twenty years...

Unprofessional Conduct – Staying for the holidays from Texas, I went there to get a bottle filled and get a regulator. The man commenced to asking a lot of questions and then started lecturing me on what I should not be doing with my bottles. One example of his rudeness was that he practically called me a liar when I said I had 2 regulators on my Wildcat travel trailer, one auto switching and one 18 psi, until I showed him the bad one (18 psi).
