This is still my favorite apartment I've ever lived in. The location is perfect. The management is wonderful, Karin, in particular, is a joy to talk to and makes the place feel more welcoming.

OTL new management is more focused on paperwork and rent collection vs resident safety. Building fire alarm went off and did not auto-notify the Redmond Fire Department... instead RFD was dispatched after calls made from residents accumulating in the street in the pouring rain. No one from the management or maintenance team called nor could they be reached as the phone number displayed on the front door was out of order. #EPIC #FAIL #EquityResidential #EQR
