I now this place like my nothing else it is jice and very good neighbor ppl.
Being so close to US Bank Stadium and other new, large developments such as HCMC has increased the market value and therefore the rent. A co-op is marketed as affordable living in exchange for participation in maintenance and management. As a former board member and building coordinator, I was elected and volunteered my time toward assisting with democratic government of the co-op, and enjoyed working with my neighbors to host community events, rewrite policies, develop and maintain the property, and address conflicts.
