Old to Gold came to our house to redo our living room floor. I couldn't be happier, nor would I recommend anyone but this company if you want great looking floors. Rowdy, Matt, Leo, and Nathan were FABULOUS. They are experts, professional, very customer service oriented, had great communication throughout the process, fair pricing, and they make the impossible possible. Definitely give them a call!
Old to Gold refinished our old oak floors, and they turned out beautifully! The work was excellent, they executed on the timeline they set, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and communicative.
The crew is just finishing up today. We have had such a positive experience with this company. Even though they were booked out a ways, they were well worth the wait. Their process is four days, but they don’t rush through the steps as the outcome would not be as beautiful. The communication was great, every time they needed to come out to work on the floors they would text or call. I highly recommend the OTG team. They did an incredible job with our 1929 oak floors. The end result is consistent and beautiful. The team was highly responsive, and made sure every question or concern was resolved immediately. Well worth the investment. I'd call them again without hesitation.
We had such a great experience with every one from Old to Gold. They made sure we were well taken care of, everyone was so nice, and the floor tech did such an amazing job refinishing our 100 year old floors in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do their floors!
It was an absolute pleasure working with the Old to Gold team! Brandon and Micah keep me in the loop on how the whole process will go before they started, sent me photos of the floors during, and called after each day to let me know how day went.
