We requested a quote to refinish the floors in our living room. On the first call we were advised that they do not typically do jobs that small. We did some additional research and agreed to hire movers and stay in hotel so that we could also include our three bedrooms. We set an appointment and missed work to meet for a quote. After several follow up texts and phone calls we still have not gotten a quote. Guess we were not a big enough client for them :-(
Rowdy and Old2Gold are awesome. I recently had them refinish my hardwood floors and the results were better than expected. Most importantly, they met, and exceeded expectations. They used the proper materials to make sure there was no dust and they used care when working in tight spots. I recommend any on the West Michigan area to work with Old2Gold when thinking hardwood floors.

Great experience start to finish, had hardwood installed and refinished the entire first level of my home. The entire crew was great to work with, I would reccomend old to gold to anyone looking to have work done on their hardwood floors. It is hard to find contractors that take such pride in their work, and want to please as much as these guys do.
Made a appointment over a month ago for today and decided not to come after I move everything out of the room. Didn't even bother to tell me till I kept calling.
