Delmar and his worker sanded, refinished, and polished my original Oak hardwood floors for my historic vacation rental house, Casita de Cruzita in 2006. They did an excellent job and completed my 2038 sq. ft. home within a week. According to Delmer, these were the best looking floors he has ever done in his 25 years of service. I was very much pleased with his work. Thanks, Delmar.

Delmar and his staff did a very good job of replacing our carpet with a traditional 3/4 oak hardwood flooring. The estimate was accurate and the work was completed within the time allowed for the project. This was the second time we used Delmar and his company.

I now have beautiful oak floors installed by Old Texas Wood Floors. After pulling up the carpet and realizing the original pine floors were not in the best of condition, Delmar gave me his advice and I went with new flooring. I have wanted to do this since I bought my home 5 years ago. The floors turned out better than I imagined. And the workmanship and professionalism are of the highest quality. I would highly recommend this company to restore or replace wood flooring. Experience means everything!

I am the Distribution Manager for the American Classifieds in Bryan TX. The building is an old house approx 60 years old on pier and beam. Delmar and his crew did an excellent job installing approx 1700 sqft of hardwood flooring at our office. His job was not an easy one, he had to work around twelve people and their work places.
