I’ve tried at a lot of gyms over the years, and Old School Barbell stands out as the best.. not just in Kentucky, but anywhere within a couple of hours drive for sure. The equipment selection is incredible and has just about everything you could ask for, whether you’re a beginner or a serious lifter. The staff and trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. Best Gym in town! From the friendly staff, the sauna, in house nutrition to the Paducah Meal Prep Meals, the gym offers a ton!
Nice secluded, hardcore style gym. Priced higher than the premier gym in our are with less amenities, less features and less convenience. Doesn't really make sense... I pay FAR less at Mega than I would at Old School for a family membership. Not to mention they don't have a deal with my work. Mega is cheaper even without the deal. Friendly staff. I suppose you would go hear if you have extra money and want a more secluded environment than Mega, or if you don't like Mega's ownership.
