RecommendedI felt special and spoiled by Jose. I believe Ryan gave me the best trade-in without feeling I had to sell myself. I was informed but not forced. John worked to find me a better interest rate than I had found on my own and advised me about electronic warranty which we rolled into lian. I felt I was friends with everyone as we laughed and joked with Jose. I did not expect to drive home in a new car but they made it so easy, I didn't have to return!

The service department is always so nice when you have any questions and take the time to make sure you are all set. Jose is a no pressure sales person and not annoying like other salespersons we all have come in contact with. He makes sure you are happy with and get what you want.

We had a great experience with them! We stopped in randomly looking for a certain car and a certain color and although John the GM was the only one there at the time (during Covid) he didn't hesitate in finding us our car. Another dealership brushed us off saying with everyone closed it would be difficult to find that color. He located it in about 5 minutes and he and the General Sales Manager, Ryan, went and picked it up for us within a few days! Everything went smoothly and they were wonderful! Fine when selling you a car. Not so much after the sale. Really disappointed in this behavior. Shame on you Leo and Forrest.
I have dealt with many car dealers over the years and Old Saybrook Hyundai is by far the BEST. Peter Christopher is incredible. I couldn’t ask for a better salesman. He and Ryan went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them enough. There was no need to haggle. They met my price requirements before I even gave them. They have definitely earned my future business.
