Facility has great, competitive rates & many “extras” that they include for free- even a free moving truck that you may use for your move! Great management & very accommodating! Can sign up in 5 minutes online which is very convenient!
This applies ONLY to the new owner(s) (September 2018-on)-\-\would have highly recommended this facility (where I have been a long term renter) previously. Absolutely NOT impressed with the way the new owner(s) is choosing to conduct business. Received an introduction letter in the mail today (11/26) that stated the business had changed hands and that, "the rental agreement/lease you signed will remain in effect. Thanks Jennifer for your feedback. As we stated, we were advised to send a letter so you know that all your terms were the same and another full letter to inform you of the change of pricing. As far as the notice, we sent them out 10 DAYS before you were required to give us notice. (We sent them out the 23rd and 30 days notice would be the 2nd) We do feel that the real reason behind your 1 STAR review was the increase in prices. We have done a lot of evaluation of rent prices for a 10’x15’ and we can understand for a change ... read more

This is by far the best Storage Facility in the area.. I have rented from them for 2 and half years and have had NO problems.. Great people to work with and we love Dino and Nigel!!!
Clean units and very reasonable prices! Nigel answered all of my questions and even had tips to best store items for winter!
