Had one of our drivers get here since they're Isuzu's representatives and our truck required emergency service. After the inspection was done I told them I was going to talk to my driver for him to decide if he can keep driving to his destination or if he wanted to stay in town for a few days until they repaired the truck. very bad service, drove to them with a Volvo with 88,000 miles, light came on, I asked several times if I had a bumper to bumper warranty? and that I didn't need anything for money, they checked and said yes you have a bumper to bumper warranty, an hour later they said I had to pay $346 and until I paid they wouldn't give me the truck back
