Old River took our truck in for service. Before I could even leave they called my boss to come pick up the truck "because they couldn't communicate with it." I snapped this picture the second I got back to the office. There's IDSS, the Isuzu diagnostic software, talking to the truck just fine. Saying you don't want to work on something is one thing but lying just feels scammy. Go find another service center, customers beware.

The website and Google Map show Saturday opening hours until 2:00 PM. In reality, they are closed.
Had one of our drivers get here since they're Isuzu's representatives and our truck required emergency service. After the inspection was done I told them I was going to talk to my driver for him to decide if he can keep driving to his destination or if he wanted to stay in town for a few days until they repaired the truck. Well, at the very moment our driver said "I rather continue", literally 3 minutes after the call, they told us we must pay the inspection and a restocking fee for an item that they never issued any invoice... read more
