$840 labor to replace a side door glass
Send my driver there to pickup a glass they put him in the shop without asking company for authorization, they replaced side door glass and sent the invoice of $1,159.04 and the glass is $319.04 worse experience ever .
Old River took our truck in for service. Before I could even leave they called my boss to come pick up the truck "because they couldn't communicate with it." I snapped this picture the second I got back to the office. There's IDSS, the Isuzu diagnostic software, talking to the truck just fine. Saying you don't want to work on something is one thing but lying just feels scammy. Go find another service center, customers beware.
