We walked in with an urgent issue for Teddy and even though the vet was busy he was able to help us and provide future directions. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We would go back here if ever needed
I wanted to update my review because the compassion we experienced yesterday was second to none. We said goodbye to our sweet girl of 14 years (all of which Dr. Tancredi has been our vet) and Dr. Tancredi was not only kind and caring during the process, he made us feel sure that we were making the right decision. He gave us time to say goodbye and graciously explained what was happening medically (per my request) because I wanted to make sure. Dr. Tancredi is absolutely amazing. One of our kittens is very very sick, we really didn’t have the funds to take him to the emergency vet so my daughter made the mistake of going through a virtual vet, who diagnosed him with an upper respiratory infection and then charged her for the visit and meds and said the meds would be here in 5-7 days. When I woke up this morning he was very dehydrated and his little eyes were rolling around in his head like he was seizing. Sneezing nonstop, sometimes 20-30 times in a min. And very l... read more
