This titling company in combination with Guild Mortgage was able to accomplish such a painless and fast process of closing. Both parties wanted to close early and Old Republic Title was able to make our appt quickly and wakes us through our singing easily. The woman helping us Lori was extremely patient with our kids in office, and made us feel at home while in her office. Lori always answered my calls or her assistant and promptly returned my questions.
