Absolutely terrible service. As a contractor I’ve dealt with dozens of banks, title companies, and credit unions…..Republic is by far the worst. Turn in your documents, they don’t care cause they’ll alter them without your consent. Then if you ask them about it they’ll talk to you in a sarcastic and belittling tone. As a contractor, this company is by far the worst place to deal with. There is always some hoop you must jump through to get your money for work you have completed and paid for out of your own pocket. Any contractors, ect, if your client uses this company for lending, I would pass on the job.

I would rather go to the DMV on the last day of the month than deal with how unfriendly and complicated they make the process here

We have had multiple dealings with this title company. The experiences consistently disappoint our expectations. We work with a variety title companies and this one continues to be disorganized and makes every interaction a challenge. We have to call continuously to make sure everything is being processed as should be. If there is a hangup on the process..do not look to them to problem solve if you do not stay on top of every step of the process.
