Tracy was absolutely fantastic in helping me find a home, she was extremely attentive and was able to easily switch gears as my preferences evolved during the process. In the end i got exactly the house I wanted - because she knows the market, and was able to modify my offer in ways so I didn't lose out or overpay. This is my second transaction with Tracy and she is my go-to for my third!
