Venue was very clean. And the best customer service ever.
The food was great! The problem was that I literally had a fork in my mouth and the server was trying to take my food away. We were no where near finished and the staff was pretty much forcing us out the door so they could turn the table. We spent almost $350 on dinner and was there for maybe 45min. Also, I noticed that another table with an older group sat down behind us and got a completely different level of service....specials were discussed with a friendly welcome and that was not the case with us. Best restaurant on the island! Great service, atmosphere and the food, oh my!!!
I love it at old oyster factory! Friendly staff, good food, good prices. We arrived with 3 adults and 3 children. I often go on a first date or a business dinner which they are perfect for. If you are interested in a beautiful view of the may river, and a wonderful dining experience.... try it!
The food and service was excellent! We had a very thoughtful, handsome Hungarian waiter who took care of us three girls. We could not have chosen a better place on the island that evening!

Unfortunately this year it seemed most of the oysters were not cooked enough. They were still slimy in the shell and were cold when we arrived around 7pm. Even when rewarmed, they were very disappointing!
Awesome food and service experience and especially enjoyed seeing a pair or eagles right outside......
Had the seafood trio, food was amazing like always. Our server was great also
