They throughout our food and didn’t let us take our leftovers home. Good food crappy service!! They told us too late.

I would say the service wasn’t the best. No water refills, potato was cold and zero butter . It’s not good when you drop 91 bucks while on vacation , Pandemic situation... I would hope you would need the business.
We LoVed this place. I had shrimp and grits, hubby got the ribeye.. both were amazing!! Great service, loved “Inka”

Initially the the service started ok as they seated us immediately even though our reservation wasn't for an hour but our waitress really wasn't very good. She forgot things, was slow, we never got our hush puppies and when we asked she said they were out of them tonight meanwhile the 4 surrounding tables all had them. my daughter never got her second Sprite and the check took at least 20 minutes to come. We fell in love this this beautiful place. Nestle off the water front, this place was the prefect end to a long drive. The atmosphere was very romantic yet family friendly. The food was delicious 😋 and the staff was super friendly. Our waitress was such a doll. If you are ever in Hilton Head this place is a must try. I will definitely be back Old Oyster 🦪 Factory.
