We have come to the Oyster Factory every year we’ve visited the island since they opened. Tonight we were seated outside. Our appetizers arrived beautifully plated. We asked repeatedly for napkins and silverware until our food was cold. I went inside and stood until I saw those items in the hands of a server headed to our table. We were offered apologies and excuses about being too busy. I’m glad the restaurant is busy, especially since seating capacities are still not back to normal.
