We just had the most amazing experience. My daughters spotted the only winter coats left in the store, but they were way up high- on display on the models. The *kindest* worker helped us by climbing a ladder and wrangling the displays to get the coats off. She was so joyful and didn’t make us feel bad for asking for such a request.
